Purpose of processing personal data:
Personal information is processed with the purpose of maintaining customer relationships with customers in our online store, in communication with our customers and for direct marketing of products. The customer always has the right to oppose the use of his or her personal data for marketing purposes.

Embedded in the register:
The following information may be stored in the register: name, customer number, contact information, gender, e-mail address, home page address, language, permission or reservation information, marketing information, orders and deliveries, discounts as well as any username and password.

Sources of information:
From the customer himself through orders in the online store, return or other forms, by phone, e-mail and other similar ways.

Delivery of data:
Personal data is only used to maintain customer relationships and is usually not passed on to third parties. The only cases the information may be provided to third parties are in connection with the technical handling of the webshop (eg server maintenance or online store platform), to deliver orders, to handle unpaid invoices or to the authorities, if required, and in the degree permitted by law.

The information is not transmitted outside the EU or the EEA.

Data storage and deletion
The customer register information is stored as long as the customer relationship exists. Information about orders, billing and payment is stored in the same way as other accounting materials. Data that is not relevant longer is safely removed.

We can use cookies that are stored locally on the user's machine, to track traffic and to improve our services. Cookies are stored for a limited time and are not harmful to the user's machine.

Privacy Protection Principles
The customer register is treated confidentially. The registry is protected from outsiders by means of firewalls and other technical protection measures. The register is only stored electronically and any accidental paper documents are destroyed immediately and correctly.

Only personnel with work tasks in connection with the handling of personal data have access to the customer register. All personnel who use the customer register have a duty of confidentiality and use personal user names and passwords to access the registry.

Right to access
According to the Personal Data Act, everyone has the right to request access to information relating to their own person in the customer register. Request for access must be sent in a signed document, possibly verified in a similar manner or by personal attendance at our office. The request is sent to the contact at the top of this document. The contact person answers all possible questions regarding the request.

Updating your personal information
The customer can update the information in their own profile in the online store. The customer may also contact the contact mentioned at the top of this document to update their personal information.

Other rights in connection with the processing of personal data
The customer has the right to prohibit the use of personal data for marketing purposes. Such a request is sent by e-mail to the contact person mentioned at the top of this document.
